Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 10th, 2026
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds for every purchase made through the Buzzator app at https://app.buzzator.com, including package subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, recurring add-ons, and Buzz Credit packs, are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. This page restates that policy for Buzzator customers and is incorporated by reference into Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
1. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may consider relevant factors including the nature of the product, the reason for the request, usage or consumption, and any applicable contractual terms.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period, from Settings → Plan & Billing in the app or from the Paddle customer portal linked there. Subscriptions renew automatically for further periods equal to the initial term until you cancel.
3. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase for any reason within a set period after the transaction, as set out in Paddle's Refund Policy:

The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments, except that for annual subscriptions in the United Kingdom a new 14-day period starts at each renewal.
The right to withdraw does not apply to the supply of digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used, when you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of your country. Where local consumer protection law or Paddle's Refund Policy provides you with additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights applies.
4. How to request a refund
- Go to https://paddle.net, find your order using the email address on your receipt, and select Request refund; or use the support link provided in your Paddle receipt; or email [email protected].
- You can also email [email protected] from the email address on your Buzzator account, and we will pass your request to Paddle.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval of the request. To be eligible for a sales tax refund, contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction date.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact Paddle or us before disputing a charge or raising a chargeback request with your bank or card issuer. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to the relevant product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published at https://buzzator.com/legal/refunds at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
