Credits are the single meter for AI work. A standard post — one AI caption plus one AI image — costs 100 credits, but it is only a display estimate, not a second quota. Your allowance refreshes monthly, included credits do not roll over, and failed generations are not charged.
Planner Small covers one brand, three social accounts, and 40 scheduled or published posts a month. Planner raises that to three brands, 10 accounts, 500 posts, and the full inbox. Studio adds the complete AI image toolkit and 10,000 credits for one brand; Studio Pro combines the full studio and inbox for three brands; Scale supports 10 brands, 10 connected accounts, 100 GB of media, and 42,000 credits.
Every package includes the manual and AI composers, AI image generation, the media library and folders, Brand Kit and website autofill, AI and manual blog posts, the calendar, analytics, notifications, and Buzzie. Package limits and advanced editing, inbox, sharing, and language features vary.
Some packages support add-ons. Additional brands and 10 GB storage add-ons are available on Planner, Studio Pro, and Scale; Scale can also add 100 GB storage. Studio, Studio Pro, and Scale can buy package-sized one-time credit packs, and Plan & Billing shows exactly what your workspace can add.
No. Annual billing still grants 12 monthly allowances, one on each monthly anniversary. Included credits expire when the next allowance arrives; purchased top-up credits last 3 months.
The workspace owner can change package or cancel from Plan & Billing. Cancelling keeps the package active through the current billing period, then the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe again. Your data is retained, and the billing portal holds payment methods, invoices, and downloadable receipts.
