Encryption & key handling
OAuth refresh tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption with keys managed in a dedicated KMS. Tokens are decrypted only at the moment they are needed for an API call.
Account security
MFA is supported on every account and required on Agency contracts. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Suspicious-login signals trigger an immediate session reset.
Vendor reviews
Every subprocessor handling customer data has been reviewed against our standard security checklist and contractually committed to not training models on your inputs or outputs.
Compliance & data subject rights
We're set up for the GDPR and UK GDPR. Data subjects can exercise access, deletion, and portability rights via [email protected]. We respond within statutory deadlines.
